Xie Quanmin, Doctor of Engineering, Full Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Master Supervisor, Head of the Second-Level Discipline in Chemical Engineering, Director of the Blasting Safety Research Institute. Honors include Hubei Provincial Chutian Scholar, Wuhan Talent, Wuhan Youth Pioneer of the New Era, and Wuhan Innovation and Development Pioneer. Professional Affiliations: Expert of China Society of Explosives and Blasting; Member of Chinese Ordnance Society; Expert of Hubei Provincial Engineering Blasting Association; Council Member of Hubei Underground Engineering Society; Member of Jiangsu Underground Engineering Society; Youth Editorial Board Member of Journal of Ordnance Equipment and Engineering; Youth Academic Committee Member of Metal Mine; Researcher at Contemporary Chemical Engineering Research Institute.
