Chen Dezhi, Male, born in November 1970, holds a Ph.D. and is a Professor-level Senior Engineer, as well as a Master's Supervisor. He is an expert receiving the Special Government Allowance from the State Council and currently serves as the General Manager of Wuhan Blasting Co., Ltd. In 2013, he graduated from the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture at Wuhan University of Technology with a major in Geotechnical Engineering.
He previously held positions as Assistant to the President of Sinosteel Wuhan Safety & Environmental Protection Research Institute and concurrently served as Secretary of the Blasting Research Institute and Deputy Director. His primary research focuses on explosion theory and blasting technology.
He has been awarded five provincial/ministerial-level first prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress (from industry associations), two second prizes, one Wuhan Municipal First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress, and one Sinosteel Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Innovation. Additionally, he holds 23 authorized patents and two ministerial-level construction methods.
